Progressive Care is the proud owner of PharmCo LLC. PharmCo, LLC was established in 2005 as Florida Limited Liability Corporation with the goal of becoming a premier pharmacy in the South Florida community. The past 6 years has brought about dramatic changes for the pharmacy from becoming part of a publicly traded company (Progressive Care, Inc.) in 2010 to specializing in the care and management of patients with special needs. PharmCo prides itself on the level of service it provides to individuals and institutions in need of anti-retroviral medications, durable medical equipment, and long term care. The company is dedicated to treating its customers with compassion, professionalism, privacy and respect with a commitment to education, support and community outreach.

Progressive Care is now moving forward in its endeavors to grow the company by expanding its facility, adding new locations, acquiring operating pharmacies, and further developing our current business lines.

MANAGEMENT

Jay Weisberg- CFO/ Interim CEO/ Chairman of the Board

Mr. Weisberg has over 30 years of accounting experience along with being named CFO of several publicly traded companies. As a Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Weisberg is a partner of Weisberg, Brause & Company. Mr. Weisberg has served as an Adjunct Professor of Introductory Finance at Florida International University and as an instructor of Introductory Accounting at the American Institute of Banking. He has also lectured to community groups on tax and estate planning. Mr. Weisberg is a graduate of Penn State University where he earned his BS in Accounting and a graduate of Florida International University where he earned his Masters of Business Administration.

Shital Parikh: COO

Ms. Parikh has been a vital consultant to the Company for the past three years. As President and CEO of Spark Financial Consulting, Ms. Parikh provided business development consulting services in which she advised the Company on human resources, financial reporting and transactions, operations, compliance, SEC filings, and investor relations, among other things. Ms. Parikh was also the Chief Operating Officer of a boutique investment banking firm engaged by the Company. Her experience in the financial services industry centers on operational management, preparation and submission of financial statements, mergers & acquisitions, securities offerings, SEC reporting, due diligence, compliance, and regulatory audits. Ms. Parikh currently maintains 8 securities license registrations including the Series 7, Series 66, and Series 24.
